Why Journaling is important to Become a Super Productive Individuals

Why it’s Incredibly Wise to Keep a Journal
This morning, I wrote in my journal. As I do early most mornings. This practice has been profoundly helpful to my creativity, productivity and interior serenity.

Ok. So let’s get into the 8 elements of the above framework together:

1. Journalling promotes the clear thinking that drives clear choices.

The practice allows you to ponder on paper. To force the wise consideration that forms better decisions in your day. To ask yourself good questions like “what must happen over the coming hours for this to be a day lived well on Earth?”

2. Journalling captures peak ideas and insights.

A genius-grade idea not noted is worthless. Writing down your big creativity and then making it into precise plans of action is what all super producers do.

3. Journalling causes you to record top moments so you can live them twice.

A beautiful meal or a magical sunset or an oceanside walk with your love, written about, not only deepens the experience within your mind, heart and soul—it gives you the chance to live it again.

4. Journalling lets you pray on paper.

Prayer is a powerful force-multiplier in the creation of your dreams. And every prayer is heard by your higher power. So write down what you seek to make real.

5. Journalling provides a safe space to reinforce your priorities and ethical ambitions.

Often, it’s best not to shout about your hopes and better to whisper about your goals within the privacy, security and safety of a journal.

6. Journalling gives you a monastery to process through pain, sorrow and other challenging emotions.

During the cold winters of my emotional life—when things felt very severe—pouring my suffering onto a crisp, blank page was enormously healing. Science confirms the same.

7. Journalling provides a written school to get to know the real and powerful you.

Imagine writing about who you wish to be and what you’re learning from life and the fears you aim to transcend and the blessings that fill you with gratefulness, on a daily basis?

You’d get to know your finest self. And then live that presence into the world—each and every day.

8. Journalling allows you the gorgeous opportunity to record your colourful life.

Your life matters and is utterly unique and a thing of immeasurable beauty (in all its highs and lows). So isn’t it worth recording?
